Tortellini Soup

 1 lb Italian sausage
 4 cups Chicken Broth
 28 oz Diced tomatoes
 4 Cans tomato soup
 16 oz Onion cream cheese
 18 oz Refrigerated Tortellini

Brown Italian sausage in a skillet. Drain and move to Slow cooker.

Add broth, tomatoes, and soup. Cook on LOW for 6 hours

Add cream cheese and tortellini. Cook for 30 minutes.
